HENSOLDT
Sensor solution provider HENSOLDT is presenting its wide range of maritime sensor solutions for reconnaissance, surveillance and monitoring, as well as solutions and services to improve security, equipment reliability and operational effectiveness, at Euronaval 2024 in Paris.
On display in Paris will be the TRS-4D naval radar, which is available with a single rotating antenna or as a non-rotating model with four fixed antenna arrays. The TRML-4D ground-based air defence radar, which provides exceptionally good detection performance in Ukraine, is also part of the same product family. The family concept enables continuous product improvements and offers advantages in terms of spare parts supply and training.
In addition, the latest version of the LYNCEA combat system currently used by the French Navy on its Overseas Patrol ships will be on display, presented with an L22 tactical data link to improve interoperability with NATO forces with the HENSOLDT Naval Bridge System enabling a complete integrated solution for mission management and navigation. The LYNCEA solution also has a new human-machine interface (HMI) that is more intuitive and ergonomic for operators. The complete solution for naval vessels includes various effectors and sensors from the HENSOLDT Group, such as the Kelvin Hughes Mk11 SharpEye radar, which can also be found at the Euronaval stand.
In addition, HENSOLDT will also be showing its new-generation ‘Quadome’ 3D air and ground surveillance radar, which is equipped with the latest software-defined AESA (Active Electronically Scanned Array) technology and offers a future-proof solution with an extended service life. The Quadome radar has an integrated IFF (identification friend or foe) antenna.
Finally, HENSOLDT will demonstrate its capability as a supplier of test and simulation solutions, showcasing its ALYSA solution, which can be used by shipyards and shipbuilders to develop and integrate new third-party equipment and platforms faster and more efficiently in the future.
